This product will be green in many different ways. The product will reduce and/or eliminate biohazardous medical waste in many areas around the globe. Using this instead of gauze will eliminate much waste in high crime areas such as Oakland, Miami, and New York. I will make bandages almost useless on a warfront. A less bulky package and an easier application makes healing an easy task for soldiers. It will also reduce waste in underdeveloped countries, reducing the risk of infectious disease.
That will not be the only thing we will do to be green. Our building will have a white roof, cutting our roof temperature by 100%, reducing cost to cool the building by 50%. We will also power our building with photovoltaic power. We will have more windows in the building, getting rid of the need for artificial light. We will also send all waste to recycling plants instead of depositing it in landfills.
Our employees will also have the opportunity to be green. Instead of styrofoam coffee cups, we will provide ceramic mugs and coffee machines. We will also provide carpooling for our employees.
